The New York Athletic Club was founded in 1868 to bring structure to the nascent world of amateur sport. The NYAC has evolved to become an athletic powerhouse, globally renowned in sports such as wrestling, fencing, judo, water polo, rowing and track and field.
Since 1991, Team Psycho has been dedicated to fostering excellence in the sport of triathlon in the New England region by competing in races, by promoting triathlon throughout the community, and recently by developing talented athletes through the Team Psycho Elite Development Program.
USA Triathlon is the National Governing Body for triathlon, as well as duathlon, aquathlon, aquabike, winter triathlon, off-road triathlon and paratriathlon in the United States. In addition to its work with athletes, coaches, and race directors on the grassroots level, USA Triathlon provides leadership and support to elite athletes competing at international events, including International Triathlon Union (ITU) World Championships, Pan American Games and the Olympic and Paralympic Games. USA Triathlon is a proud member of the ITU and the United States Olympic Committee (USOC).
